Yah kinkos does everything, enlarges ,minimizes, etc. Everything needed to do with photos

If the staff is on the ball, then, they won't do it. However, in my experience, most of the staff of the Kinko's I often use don't really care about, or they are unaware of copyright laws.

They won't do it if it's copyrighted. If it's the Disney "Little Mermaid" you will be hard pressed to find a copy shop willing to violate a Disney copyright. Disney is notorious for harshly prosecuting such crimes.

Images that are copywrited can not be reproduced without permission from the comany who holds the copywrite.
