Spiderman would easily, Batman is only a man in a suit with a lot of gadgets, and those gadgets are useless against the "Spidey Sense" so it would have to be a fist fight for Batman to stand a chance and he just aint good enough to squash the spider.

Spiderman - not only does he have the spider senses, but he also has improved reflexes and enhanced strength. He could also wrap Batman up in a web and toy with him.

spiderman, becuase he was bit by a radioactive spider and actually has powers. batman only has strength, nothing special like webs.
