Does this news indicate that global warming denial is in its last throes?

The biggest and most influential group of global warming doubters is American conservatives. Gradually more and more Republicans have come around to acknowledging that humans are the primary cause of the current global warming. Gingrich and McCain and Bush are some prominent examples.

Now it appears that all of the 2008 Republican presidential nominees (with the fence-sitting exception of Fred Thompson) have acknowledged this reality as well.

It appears that finally even most of the Republican Party is coming around to face the scientific reality.

The man I am buying from is being is threatening legal action...?

Ok my parents are buying a house straight from the previous owner, every month they send payment through a check in the mail, and every month the seller says they missed the payment and threatens legal action. This is getting quite annoying. They have proof that he has cashed every single check they have sent. They do no have a lot of money to hire a lawyer or get it financed through a bank, what can they do to get this guy off their backs.

A question about shopping habits.?

Do you do all of your grocery-type shopping in one place or do you split it up? For example, do you buy everything but paper products at the grocery, but buy all your paper products and toiletries at a discount department store? Also, do you take advantage of coupons? Do you take the time to comparison shop using sale papers, or just go to whichever place is closest? Thank you!

What's the cheapest way to get to Staples Center?

Intead of paying $15 for parking, what's the cheapest way to get to the Staples Center? Is there cheaper parking around? Where and is it safe?

Or, instead of driving, is public transportation a good option? I'm coming from Camarillo and will have a toddler with me. So, I can't walk too far. If I have to walk and use a stroller, is there a stroller check-in at Staples Center?

Why don't people in America listen to Silverchair?

They're huge everywhere else in the world but can hardly get airplay here. Their new album is amazing, and more importantly, different than their stuff in the past. Still, nothing.
