I usually go to their website where they usually have a place to contact them. I fill out the form with my complaint/compliment. Within a few weeks, I usually have a coupon for a replacement of the product. And, while your waiting for the coupon, you can give out the suckers to the kids at halloween, if you haven't eaten the rest looking for your favorite flavor first. (you didn't mention that in your question.) Or, donate them to a food pantry, kids like getting those little surprises. P.S. You will also get coupons, if you post compliments also. I have complimented restaurants and gotten coupons for free meals.

Take the flavor you want, find it on Koolaid, make some, take one of the flavor of DumDums you dont like and soak it in the Koolaid.
