I don't prefer sadness but I believe that I have chased away happiness because I have been afraid of being hurt again and the thought of that has me running scared!!

I have found myself doing that because the sadness is what I knew! I try harder now to step away from the negative and take a chance on being happy.

yes but sometimes you dont realise you look at the people arround you and realise there happy , why cant people find out where there sadness comes from

I never did prefer saddness, but it seemed to prefer me! I have happiness now and wouldn't trade it for the world.

yes its called Post traumatic stress. the mind returns on a 'trigger' to past events It is impossible to stop it happening
you just learn to recognise the symptoms and rationalise knowing that time fades the emotions

yes sometimes I need to be in a sad state to understand my pain I guess it is a healing process that we all need to go through I think we can all relate to this :)))

yes,there are times I do not want to feel happy.the warmth of a mothers hand,or the breathing breathe of a lover.I want to be sad because I can and there are times we all need to.

if im in a really good mood i drive the hate away...if im in a neutral mood, i will call the darkness to me.... besides..id rather be sad and depressed.....
