My dog's name is Bolita. We had a dog named Bo Bo before her and my dad was singing 'Evita' when we brought her home, so we combined the 2 names.
My cat's are Zoey, Oscar, & Elmo after the sesame street characters and Gizmo after gremlins.

I have long haired black cat named Purrcella. I wanted something original instead of Midnight or Blackie so I was looking up names on the Internet when I saw Cinderella and Purrty. I combined the two and got Purrcella. We call her Purrcy for short.

Nope. His name is Bud. It is in the top 10 of dog names. My daughter's Golden Retriever puppies are named Bo and Izzo. If you live in Michigan or a university you like is in the Big Ten you might get those names.

My dog is named KIBBEY. Everybody always thinks I am saying KIPPY instead, but Kibs is named after a guy I used to work with whose surname was Kibbey. He was the kindest, most gentle, happiest human being I have ever known so when I was thinking up names for my dog (like maybe 'Rusty' because he is so red or 'Foxy' because he looks just like a baby fox), I decided to name him for qualities I would like him to have as he grows up into a dog. Sure enough, Kibbey is a sweet, gentle, happy little boy who brings a lot of joy into my life. As for other unusual names, I had Siamese kitten twins named 'Frick' and 'Frack' once. I obviously like dogs more than cats, ha-ha.
