Hello,

I want to remove my pressure relief valve and my water heater. But it seems to be stuck....I sprayed CLR and also WD40...but still using a pipe wrench I am not able to loosen it up...

Can anybody give me a some tips on this to remove my pressure relief valve from my water heater...

I have a manufactured home that I've been in for about 4 years now and I'm looking to get out of the mortgage and the rent agreement. It's only worth $17000 and I just want to get rid of it but I don't know how. Can someone shed some light on this situation for me please.

A couple of weeks ago, I read a Yahoo! feature about the best small towns in America to live in/visit. One of these towns was located in the North West, in either Oregon or Washington, and featured a coastal resort. I have been trying desperately to find the name of this place, as it was one I really wanted to include on my honeymoon trip. Can anybody help me out?

I am bipolar with borderline personality disorder. I divorced in June, have no job, no money for food and I have no desire to live. The only thing keeping me from cutting my wrists right now are my 2 children that I DON'T have custody over! I cry all the time that I'm not asleep and my family, mom and sister, are clueless. I fight the urge minute by minute to go through with this and I need help! I don't want to call my psychiatrist or therapist because I don't have the money to give them. if the irs/ income tax code are set in stone, why then do you have so many people challenging the irs, with the argument about fedreral enclaves, sovereign citizenship, the non legal ratification of the 16th ammendment,the omb number issue,
the voluntary aspect of taxes,juridiction issues , about common law vs. universal comercial code?and all the retoric from the ex-irs agents that say they can not find the law that says you have to pay taxes , even when a 50,000 $ reward was offered in a newspaper?and I actualy watched a video of a former director of the irs that would not answer the question , but referred back to the tax code over tabbaco etc.?
I do not understand how there could be so many arguments out there , with no clear answer and no onre in the government
saying anything more than the tax code will be enforced?
any answers will be appreciated.as well as the reports of large refunds to companies that are now refusing to even withold employee taxes.

The commandment about “graven images” is one of the most misunderstood scriptures. Consider Exodus 25: 18-19: “And make two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover. So is God contradicting himself? First he say don’t make a graven image, and then he orders graven images to be made?

No, he is not contradicting himself. The problem is that folks have misinterpreted the words “graven image.”

According to Strong’s Concordance, the original Hebrew words that were translated into “graven image” referred to idols (Here is the concordance link: http://cf.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?strongs=06459 ). Of course, we know that an idol is a false god, or something that you place above God. Since the Cheribum are not false Gods, there is no contradiction.

You know, hubby and I have been married for over 17 years and lived in the same house with the same address that is listed in the phone book for all of our married years. Once again, one of my cousins is getting married and we did not get an invitation mailed to us, but rather we were added (& Family) on my parents invitation.

You know, this is really starting to bother me. First off, my mother never remembers to tell us. The only reason I found out is because my parents own a store which hubby works at and he found the invitation. And second, we are grown adults that DO NOT live with my parents.

How do you feel about this practice? I am just getting sick of not formally being invited! Besides, mom threw away the inside envelope that would list who was invited and she cant remember if it said & family or not. I am close to my cousin so I know he wouldnt leave us out intentionally.
