Ive studied psychology for 3 years and as far as I know there isn't really any psychological tests that give definate answers about personality, just one you can infer from.
There are tests such as the stanford prison experiment by Zimbardo and Milgrams experiment of 1963 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milgram_experiment).
My suggestion is have a look in a general psychology book that you can lend from a library and have a read. You'll find it really interesting.

www.tickle.com has loads of tests - everything from IQ to personality. You will probably find something of interest there.

There's some site with the word, "Tickle" in it. I'm not sure what site it is, but if you google tickle, you'll certainly find it.
