Your question unfortunately does not provide enough info and requires us to make assumptions. From you handle name and bio I can assume that you are a loyal Christian. Considering the nature of the question and the way you asked it, I have to assume that by ignorant you mean non-Christians and by enlightened you mean Christians. My assumption could be wrong (and I hope they are) but without more info this is the best way to answer the question.
No. As one very loyal christian once said, "I keep an open-mind and I approach my beliefs very rationally" (by JC is the man). Having separate bathrooms for Christians and non-Christians is not very rational. In fact it is irrational, discriminatory, and righteous.

Who gets to deciede who is ignorant and who is not??????
sounds like a dangerous area to me. Lets just keep the mens from the womens, an dnotice many are taking that away now too, so the homosexuals and transgenered can use the other bathroom. NOthing is sacred anymore.
Jesus is coming soon. folks

Ignorance is a lack of knowledge of a subject.

Enlightenment is a self-percieved awakening.

Sounds like if there were such signs one group may not be able to read it and the other would think they were too good to.

We can have a monitor outside and ask the people if they believe in evolution. If they say no send them to the ignorant line.

Just kidding.

I am far from enlightened. That is why I like to learn.
