If you are comfortable enough with your own beliefs that you can follow them without expecting or demanding others believe the same way you do (confirmation), that is real confidence.

I dated this guy for 6 years ( we never lived together) but things didn't worked out between us. He is a great guy and my 2 sons( 19 and 9) adores him and he does to them too- in other words, they are inseparable. My problem is, I want to move to another state to start a new life but I feel bad for them especially my 9 year old who does not want to come with me. (They're not close to their father) I have asked my ex-husband about taking our son with me and he agreed but not my ex-boyfriend, he'll "die" without my kids. He's never been married and never had any kids and he treated mine as his own, even go to PTA meeting. I really want to move but I'm confused. Should I leave my 9 year old with him until I get settled in the new state or take him with me and never come back, I don't plan on coming back here. I want to leave everything behind so we can move on. Am I being selfish or just doing what I think is best for us? I promise them that they will still keep in touch to each other.

I'm not a terribly religious or superstitious person, but I got creeped out by this dream that I just had. In it, I somehow acquired a huge, gaping wound on the left side of my torso. It was actually pretty graphic and disturbing. I'm always very interested in the meanings of dreams. I'm wondering if this holds any significance in dream interpretations?

I found this exercise (see below) in one of my basic chemistry books at the end of the first chapter. It sounds correct to me.

"Twenty years ago an ancient artifact was determined to be 1900 years old. Today it is determined to be 1920 years old."

Where am I going wrong?! Twenty years ago it would have been 1987 so the artifact must date back to the year 87 a.D.
(I subtracted the 20 years from today's date, and I subtracted 1900 from 1987). So, then you add 87 a.D. to 1920 and you get back the current year. This is why it sound correct to me!

How do they get the right and left earrings to be so identical? It looks like it is cut out of sheets of flat or curved shell with a laser. Sometimes the shell is different colours - how do they dye it? I have a pair of very lightweight blue shiny shell earrings that cost about $5, in the shape of kangaroos. At least one person a day used to stop me in the street to ask where I got them (Darwin) but the head and tail snapped off one of them. I bought some shells that look like the type the earrings were made from and would like to cut out another kangaroo, but how? I have looked in plenty of craft books, but it must be a secret in Bali or Thailand. I have pairs of these earrings in the shapes of hearts, palm trees, leaves, and stars. They are all white except the kangaroos. They are all so fine that you can nearly see through them.

There is plenty of evidence that the car crashed but none to support it was arranged. I know WHY people think the Establishment done away with the maid (can't marry a Muslim etc) but what are the HARD FACTS, the EVIDENCE to suggest it was anything other than an accident?
