If someone wanted to murder her there are much more reliable ways than a car crash.

I do not think it was the Establishment or any other conspiracy theory. I think it was a mixture of over zealous photographers, who I might add some should have been prosecuted and an error of judgement by the driver , Henri Paul. I do not think he was drunk but I think he tried to over compensate with his speed in trying to get away from the photographers.
In short.................... An unfortunate accident.
The photographers should definitely have been prosecuted for their actions after the accident.
isleofsk.................. If you are so fed up, why are you answering. There are others who are still interested and it is their prerogative to do so. Who are you to dictate what question shall or shall not be asked.
Sorry hippy197............... That may well be but I think their families should still know what actually hapened and why!!
Maybe it would put Mr Al Fayed mind to rest. the poor man has been distraught over all these years. Don't you think he has a right to know. What about the driver Henri Paul, does he not matter.

Dr. Watson don't throw the baby out with the bath water. The death of our beloved President JFK is still a mystery. We still conclusively don't who killed our President. And may never know because it could have had something to do with CIA involvement or other agencies such as the Mafia etc. It's worth an inquest I want some closure. I really like alot of British people like regular everyday citizens really liked Lady Di she earned her right to be a future Queen even coming from a regular citizen background. I lived in the UK when she was engaged to Prince Charles, I was their for the marriage and the birth of Prince William and Prince Harry.

Good question but it's about time that both Diana and Dodi should be lefted in peace now. It's not fair on both families for it to keep dragging it all through the court's. It's been 10 years for god's sake.

I don't think there is any evidence. The Royal Family didn't come out of this looking good but I think all the conspiracy theories are a bit OTT. If there had been a conspiracy, surely something would have been unearthed by now. I think it's time this whole business was laid to rest, for everyone's sake.

I realize Mohammed Al Fayed feels he wants justice for Dodi, and I feel very sorry for him, but I don't think there is any evidence to come out.

From what I've seen of the recent photographs it looks as though the driver was blinded or ar least dazzled by some photographers flashlights. He certainly didn't look drunk.

There are always people who are willing to believe in the other possibility. That is why you have the conspiracy theorists!
