I'm not a terribly religious or superstitious person, but I got creeped out by this dream that I just had. In it, I somehow acquired a huge, gaping wound on the left side of my torso. It was actually pretty graphic and disturbing. I'm always very interested in the meanings of dreams. I'm wondering if this holds any significance in dream interpretations?

Wound on the left side of the body does have great significance. Anytime you see a wound on the left side of your body, it is in reference to something a person has done through foolishness to self inflict themselves. To receive a wound to the left torso represents you let your guard down and exposed the things vital to you, for example you heart and life style.
