Normally if they are dark growths on the nose, i would suggest tumors. If your dog is outside alot and is exposed to the sun the nose can be burned and can lead to cancer. It doesnt necessarily mean cancer, but the best guess I can give you is that there is an abnormal growth so that means theres a tumor.

there comes a time when one has to use some good old fashioned common sense
here you actually have three people say to you that it looks like cancer, what on earth are you waiting for ...
take the dog to the vet and do not wait any longer than you all ready have -- if you are afraid, that is understandable, but you have to act fast on many things
my dog had a strange little wart on the top of her head and I had it removed, it had cancer cells in it
hopefully those little growths on your dog are nothing, but the only way to know if to call your vet's office, schedule an appointment and bring your dog there to be examined

It could be cancer, but my dog gets those kind of things too. They are just little growths that usually go away, but I would definitely check with a vet.

No one can tell what it is just by looking at it. It could be many things. Bring the dog into your vets and get a real answer from him or her. It will ease your mind and then the vet can give it proper treatment!

Yeah....people can diagnose cancer on YA!!!. Don't you think a vet might be the only one that can tell you that????
Clearly, you haven't been in a while.

Seek the advice of a vet.
I have no idea what it could be.
