If they are the security tag, you need to go back to the store, make sure you have your receipt.
They are designed to be tamper proof.
Many of these tags contain an indelible ink, which will stain the garment and you.
If these are simply the plastic stem tag used to hold the label on, these can be cut with a pair of scissors.

I live 200 miles from stores that use the security tags and got home with one still attached...I knew that they have red dye inside and carefully tried to wrap it in plastic then tried to brake it off, well it was a mess....red dye on my hands and on the item. This dye is permanent and does not bleach out!!
You'll have to do what I do, make sure they remove the tags before you leave, sorry.

I tried removing one, it squirted the ink all over and still tore a hole in the clothing. The 40 mile round trip would have been cheaper than the clothing article ruined. Take your receipt and go back to the store.

Maybe you should return to the shop and ask them, maybe they will let you in on the secret or maybe call the police to arrest you.

Ahahahaha, nice try you half-baked thief.
Try to learn to BUY stuff and not steal it.
If the clerk would have REALLY forgotten to take it off, it would've set off the alarm and they would've taken it off then and there.
