Would someone kind enough to tell me where one can get a report for the amount of Poll tax(rates) increases since 1990, by diffrent councils in England and Wales. I would also like to know how the banding system works and how it is decided that your house is in a specific band for rate purposes.

so if you've read my previous questios u'll know there's this guy who there's been all this drama with. well at my schools homecoming i went kind of crazy. i tried to dance with him and he preteded i wasn't there. so then when he walked off the dance floor i followed him and said "If you want me to f*** of then just tell me." and he said "i didn't even know you were there." i said "yes you did you're just choosing to ignore me." then he stomped off all pissy. on monday i gave him a note saying "i'm sorry i blew up at you at homecoming. i was just really stressed and i took it out on you instead of talking calmly. If its possible i hope we can still be friends." now its been a week and... nothing. what should i do?

There's apparently this book called the Urantia Book. A lot of people claim it's revelatory and has proven many scientific things before they came to pass...One thing has me skeptical though:

Please read the following statement (by the way Ovronton is supposedly the name of our universe as the book describes it):

"In Orvonton it has never been possible naturally to assemble over one hundred orbital electrons in one atomic system. When one hundred and one have been artificially introduced into the orbital field, the result has always been the instantaneous disruption of the central proton with the wild dispersion of the electrons and other liberated energies."

Now I know that some "elements" above 100 are more stable than some of the elements below 100 (ex: radioactive elements below 100). But, I am wondering if perhaps I am misreading this? The book had this information composed in 1934...so I am not sure what the definition of an atomic system is/was in 1934...can someone help me?

hi all,
i had this weird dream last night and i still remember it vividly today, can someone anyone recomend a site that can tell me what it means or can any of you translate my dream?

i had a dream that i was pregnant with a huge belly and that i went to a family members house to give birth. the house was old and on the wall i saw 2 cocaroaches and a scorpion!
i remember everyone saying that what i have seen shouldnt worry me.
Then at birth i remember the baby came out and i didnt feel pain and i havent seen any blood.
the baby was a big one with a rather mature face and black thick hair. but it was a girl (noone told me that but i felt it!)

P.s: dear readers if anyone can translate this dream please have in mind that my mom died 3 weeks ago this sunday so this may have something to do with the way i am feeling insides or subcontiously.

well i've been married for seven years i love my hubby and he admited to me that he still has feelings for his first ex gf but that he still loves me but that he's not going to stop talking to her and the worse thing is that we went to a wedding with his family and he introduce me to her and i was talking to her almost the whole night without knowing she was the ex but i realize because the whole night they kept looking at each other and the worse thing is that she is so ugly and fat but he said that she is always there to talk to him when ever he needs it especially when i was gone because i use to be an exotic dancer but i quit to have a marriage with him and he tells me this and so heart broken don't know if i should go back to dancing or deal with it he said that my job didn't bother him but then why did he go to her when he had me and all his friends tell me how hot i am but i don't get why? plzzzzzzzz someone with a honest advice

I went to my crush's job wed night to work out and he seen me and was smileing from ear to ear the whole night. And coming up to me and touching me on my shoulder and jokeing around with me. Well after class ended I went to the woman's locker room and changed and was on my way out the door when he stopped me and was like " when did you get here?" smileing and laughing and I looked at him like he was crazy then I figured out he was teaseing me and went along with it. Every time he sees me he smiles from ear to ear and is always asking me to start comeing to that gym where he's at and is all the time teaseing me could this mean he is interested in me and likes me?

Recently I was disqualified for unemployment benefits in CA cause I plan to return to school. Ok fine by me I guess. Now I found out 2 weeks later that my school schedule would be at night time. I probably could look for a job now. Do I need to reapply again and change my eligibility? Or would it be a better idea to just say that I won't be going to school at all? Do they see that on my record that I got denied if I do reapply again with a different reason? I really want this course but cannot afford it without financial help. Any help would be greatly appreciated =)

I have been thinking about transferring for my spring freshmen semester, because I don't like my current school. Now a girl that I met a year ago, is telling me I should transfer to her school, and now I am deff thinking about it. My scholarship would transfer, so i would be in the same situation money wise, but at the same time I realize that the biggest reason for transferring to her school would be because of her.
