I literally have boxes of the stuff from his service (1938-58) that I have come in to possession of after the death of my grandma. He reached the rank of RSM and fought in North Africa and Burma, and formed part of Heilie Sellasie's personal bodyguard. He also served as a chindit.

I have items of uniform, an old Vickers (?!), medals, archaeological relics, hunted furs, a dispatch motorcycle, and letters addressed personally to him by the Ethiopian Emperor (thank you for your brotherly kindness, I will always remember your service, please visit again soon), Monty (good work RSM, you are a credit to the Army, stay in touch) and the King (your work and sacrifice for this glorious Empire will be spoken of by your family for a hundred generations... thanks to your contributions to the war effort the sun will not set on our sceptred Isle for another thousand years)...

...he knew these men personally, I have photos of him with them during and after WW2. What should I do with it all?

There once was a farmer who was raising 3 daughters on his own. He was very concerned about their well being and always did his best to watch out for them. As they entered their late teens the girls dated, and on this particular evening all three of his girls were going out on a date. This was the first time this had occurred. As was his custom, he would greet the young suitor at the door holding his shotgun, not to menace or threaten but merely to ensure that the young man knew who was boss.

The doorbell rang and the first of the boys arrived. Father answered the door and the lad said, "Hi, my name's Joe, I'm here for Flo. We're going to the show, is she ready to go?" The father looked him over and sent the kids on their way.

The next lad arrived and said, "My name's Eddie, I'm here for Betty, we're gonna get ome spaghetti, is she ready?" Father felt this one was okay too, so off the two kids went.

The final young man arrived and the farmer opened the door. The boy started off, "Hi, my name's Chuck… --" and the farmer shot him.

"...The US government has been accused of secretly developing robotic insect spies amid reports of bizarre flying objects hovering in the air above anti-war protests...."

Bernard Crane, a lawyer who was at the same event, said he had "never seen anything like it in my life". He added: "They were large for dragonflies. I thought, 'Is that mechanical or is that alive?'"
The incident has similarities with an alleged sighting at the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York when one peace march participant described on the internet seeing "a jet-black dragonfly hovering about 10 feet off the ground, precisely in the middle of 7th Avenue".
They all described seeing a row of spheres the size of small berries attached along the tails of the "dragonflies".

They also reported seeing at least three together. Mr Louton said that dragonflies never fly in a pack.

Is it rational to love sombody (love as in passionate physical and sexual attraction, not like the love of ones mother or friend). In Rational Philosophy is it seen as irrational to love somebody and expecially if they already have a partner. I am a follower of Stoic Philosophy and from what I have gethered it is wrong to love sombody who loves somebody else. True?

Seriously, I think men who prefer polygamy are either socially high ranking or plain idiots, the truth is simple: The quantity of women is limited, actually, the male to female ratio of new borns is 105:100, so if one upper class men owns several wives, many lower class and ordinary men will lose chances of getting married and procreation.

Later on, the 4yr old boy told me that the boyfriend of her mom was gone for a compitation in far country. Who knows if today is the story and tomorrow will be another story. would they be capable of real intelligence and emotions? or would they only appear to display emotions and "think". Come to think of it, do humans have REAL intelligence and emotions or are they only apparent, due to the speed and complexity of the human mind.

As an aside, consider magic. If you slow down a magician's hands to a crawl, what appears to be real magic (or a "miracle") is actually slight of hand accelerated to such a speed that the human eye and mind can't comprehend what is really going on. Magic is not real. It's just an illusion. Are human intelligence and emotions an illusion in a similar way?

Is it English or Mandarin(Putonghua普通話)?
Which language do Hong Kong people generally speak better?

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved." - Ephesians 1:3-5 KJV.
