The collectability of your car, or any car for that matter, is entirely in the eyes of the beholder. Some cars are universally considered collectable, a '55 Chevy for example, but some people will still cut and modify them which reduces their value. Some cars like your Mirafiori are more of a niche or cult car, but are still very collectable. 1975 was the fist year they were imported to the states so that will increase its desirability if that's where you live. So...

The answer to your question is simple. If you enjoy your car, want to keep it and consider it collectible, then it is. And I can assure you you're not alone. I owned a 1980 model while living in the UK and enjoyed the room for my family and the performance. Sure was sorry to see that car go.
