Seriously, I think men who prefer polygamy are either socially high ranking or plain idiots, the truth is simple: The quantity of women is limited, actually, the male to female ratio of new borns is 105:100, so if one upper class men owns several wives, many lower class and ordinary men will lose chances of getting married and procreation.

The idea sounds great.
In reality, it is most likely not so great. I don't think it would ever be fair to all the wives at the same time and there would always be someone who would feel some sort of animosity.
Of course there are people out there who have and do live that lifestyle, if it is working for all involved, I have no qualms.
To each his or her own.

You know, I actually had a guy email me.. he tried to explain to me that having more than one wife was a good thing because the women can work together and help each other.
Don't know about you, but I just don't see that being a happy family.

They will claim over an over it isn't about the sex or power, but about their religion. In the meantime, the women will back them up. I have watched so many shows about this...it is amazing how dumb the women are. Many of them go to work too.

to be honest, i think its pretty nasty and plain wrong for 1 guy to marry several wives...pick 1 and stay with her.
