A truck, carrying a sheet of plywood, accelerates at 1.8 m/s2. When the truck's speed reaches 20 m/s, the sheet of plywood falls off the back of the truck. The truck continues to accelerate forward at 1.8 m/s2, but the plywood slides on the road with an acceleration of -0.85 m/s2. What is the distance between the truck and the piece of plywood 5.0 seconds after the plywood falls off the truck?

I've only one answer on my question: Should I Not Talk To Him Anymore????????????????????? I am going to ask again. i'm dating this guy named Sunny and We have been dating for like 1 1/2 week. During that, he hates my friend, VolleyGirl and she was so mad when he answered her question: For All Cutters? I told her that I will talk to him and I did. But he didn't answer my question about her. I told him that I need some time apart from him and he said, "ok, thanks for your love." and more that I can't say. I really love him, but I don't think that this would work out. Should I not talk to him anymore and break up with him or talk to him about it? Also plz don't report this because I have 6 violations already and I can't have it again anymore. So don't report this again! Thanks for all the people who answer my question!

i wrote my feelings on how i felt about people who did not serve there country because i felt they were cowards, well i got responses on how bad my words were and other bs a coward would do as i guess a few cowards wifes have steped up to the plate to cover for there loved one. i liked the responses and expected what i got when i opened up this can of worms in defence for our fighting americans, some even thought there minds were to good to go to war and we needed them here, more BS!!and that they pay taxes,who needs your pennys such as they are. my whole point was to bring out how cowards would react and how they could try and explain their why's, but what it all comes down to is honor and pride!! and when a trader ,coward and one who runs to another country and craw's into a hole and wait till the storm is over is also a coward and when they look into the mirrow i wonder if they can still see that yellow stripe that runs down there very soul?

I'm storing my motorcycle for the winter and my manual say's to add a teaspoon of oil to my cylinder and ground my spark plug wires while turning over the engine. How do I ground the wires so it doesn't spark?

In no way is this question meant as an attack on either religion - It's just really something that is important to me to learn. I understand how many of the similarities between the two religions can be explained away by the controversial notion that Wicca's beliefs and practices are derived from pre-Christian faiths, and Christianity adopted them. What I don't get is why Wiccans use certain obvious Christian concepts, such as the Archangels. Angels play no part in the Wiccan religion, yet these are called upon in relation to the elements, correct?? Could someone please explain? Thanks!

Gandalf the Grey started in the Forest of Mirkwood at a point with coordinates (2, 1) and arrived in the Iron Hills at the point with coordinates (4, 5). If he began walking in the direction of the vector v=3i+2j and changes direction only once, when he turns at a right angle, what are the coordinates of the point where he makes the turn.

I can do this by using equation of lines.. but I have no idea how to do this with vectors.
