I'm only a young teenager, and it's not that im overweight its just I wouldn't mind being a few pounds lighter.
How can I lose 10-15 pounds safely, and faltten my stomach without harming myself.
Right now I weigh 118, and I am 5'6ish. How many calories should I eat a day to lose weight?
I dont exercise much, but I do walk to and home from school daily, its about a 10 minute walk. I could maybe do a bit of exercise like sit up or pushups if it would help?
What kinds of foods would help, and which should I avoid?
A schedule for exercise, or detailed times to eat, foods, ect. would be greatly appreciated!!!
PLEASE HELP ME!
And if your just going to say 'you dont need to lose weight' or something, I want to so please help by answering my questions.

Hey guys, looking for some help on buying a surfboard. I'm 6ft, 183-189lbs. I'm looking for a short board. I'm a beginner but will pick it up soon and already have been out a couple of times on a long board and cought some waves. I'm in good shape (athletic ability, do skateboarding, snowboarding, Thai boxing, and general fitness).

Someone told me that a good rule of thumb is to get a board that's at least 6 inches higher than your height...

Wandering if that's true, and just in general, what would be a size good for me if I want to surf on a short board, do a lot of carves, etc.

During Desert Storm the world was on our side, including most Muslim people, when we and the UN went into Kuwait to win it back from a foreign invader.

After 9-11 the world was on our side, including most Muslin people, when we went into Afghanistan after Osama and those actually responsible for the Twin Towers attacks.

When we had Osama cornered and surrounded we suddenly decided to pull back, leaving Osama’s capture in the hands of local war lords, and decided to focus on Saddam. At the time Saddam was not a serious threat to us or the world. He was just another piss ant little dictator in another little country.

Still, we all but deserted catching Osama so that we could invade Iraq.

Now, much of the world has turned against us, including most Muslims and this time our motives are questioned by all.

Instead of catching Osama we're occupying two invaded countries and creating resentful new enemies every day.

Or could I be wrong? What do you honestly think?

I have had this pain on and off for the last 10 years. pain in my ribs on the lower right side. When it is severe it is warm and VERY tender to the touch. The rest of the time it almost feels like a bruise. Does anyone know what it could be?

like ive been called emo at skool alot, i dont dress in black or have jet black hair!!!!
and i cut my wrists, i dont aim on scratching them, only on hitting a veine.
ive even commited suicid 5 times this year 'n' im only 14, and 1st yr of high.

just want 2 say stop anoying them, if u dont want them to be emo tell them, cause bullying them only makes em wanna die more. 'n' if u do bully them, get a life. (not being mean at all)

I often receive stares from men, however none of them ever approach me. I am a beautiful person inside and out, intelligent and confident. I am going to be 17 soon and everyone around me has a relationship going including my friends who barely have time to hang out anymore due to this, my parents are also divorced and i basically live by myself since my mom does not get home until late at night from work and her boyfriend. Hello,

I recently purchased a refurbished Laptop from Dell. The reason I bought a refurbished laptop was so I could have Windows XP instead of Vista. After receiving the computer I had some problems as far as freezing during boot up (right after I turn it on). The computer would either freeze when the Windows logo appears on the screen or it would freeze up before the logo even apeared.

I reinstalled windows to try and fix the problem but the computer continues to do this. This is my first laptop and I'm not sure if this is common for laptops or if I can fix it.

Please offer any advice on how to fix this problem. I am running Windows XP Media Center edition.

Ok, im pretty damn sure im bi, i am attracted to both and i love my boyfriend. Honestly i dont think id ever date a girl, i mean i really love my bf and girls seem to love drama. But, im more attracted to girls, they turn me on more. My boyfriend loves the idea of me and another chick together just how do i tell him that im bi?
