I have a minolta x-370. Everything seemed to be working fine. I loaded my film in the camera but was unable to advance it. the film advance crank opens the full 130 degrees. I can feel a slight resistance against it which feels normal, but the crank will not turn the spool. The shutter release also does nothing when i press it. Is there something that i am just forgetting??

Hi, I broke my wrist almost 7 weeks ago, my plaster is hopefully coming off on thursday and also k-wires are being removed.

I have a decent (not full) amount of movement in my fingers, what I want to know is what to expect when the plaster is removed and how long until I have a full range of movement?

A while back I fond this curling iron in a thrift store and it works amazingly! A spring broke on it and I been looking for a replacement and cant seem to find one. It's a big 1 1/4 inch barrel curling iron with heat setting on the side from 1 - 30 and the barrel also blows hot air like a blow dryer. I dont know the name of it and was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can get another or the technical name of it. Thanks!

I was thinking about purchasing a HDMI to Dvi-d cable to hook my xbox 360 to my laptop (i have a new 360 with HDMI imput) and was wondering if that would work . My laptop is a 17inch Dell inspiron E1705 and i do have a Dvi-d in port. Will this work , if so is there anything i have to do to get it to work?

I do know it was used in an episode of I Love the 80's:3D (somewhere between '83-'86) and an episode of King of the Hill where Lou Ann is bouncing on a trampoline with a guy.
It starts off with what sounds like tribal music.

My credit card payment was due October 6; balance was $500. Minimum payment is $15. I use my credit card for EVERYTHING so I can earn points, but I pay off the balance in full each month. I always pay on time or early, but never late.

Until this month. On Sept 20, I sent out my check for $1K (I was planning to pay the balance due plus the amounts of charges not on the statement) using the pre-addressed payment envelope they sent with my statement.

I continued using my credit card, thinking nothing was amiss, but then it would get denied at some stores & restaurants. So I check my credit card account online and discover that my payment was never received! So my payment is late (even tho I sent it on time) and I've got the $39 late fee to prove it. On top of that, because my check was never received, I'm at my credit line limit!

I'm worried what happened to my $1000 check I sent. And of course, worried about my credit score and how to go about fixing this. What to do?
