Can anyone tell me the name of this song?!?!?

I don't know any of the lyrics or who sings it!
I do know it was used in an episode of I Love the 80's:3D (somewhere between '83-'86) and an episode of King of the Hill where Lou Ann is bouncing on a trampoline with a guy.
It starts off with what sounds like tribal music.
Any ideas?

If its in that era its probably "Tarzan Boy" by Baltimora...

I didn't see that episode but the song sounds like it could be "Two Tribes" by Frankie Goes To Hollywood.
