When strangers reach out for your hand (for your hand)
Respond to them and understand (heaven obeyed to understand)
We'll rise as one to calm the storm outside the gate (calm the storm)
With faith in Him we'll never leave (never leave)

For the past four months, I have done cardio 3 x a week on treadmill (45 min around 3.0 mph) and strength training 2 x a week (30-45 minutes, upper and lower, and core) along with eating healthy. I have been doing well and lost over 25 lbs. However, in the past couple of weeks I have found that I am really bored and it is harder to get my workouts done. What is a good way for me to shake it up schedule wise, without having to do anything crazy that I won't keep up. I do like the treadmill and light weights, I just think maybe the five days in a row is dragging on. Would 3 days on 1 off be good, or 4 days on 2 off? I don't mind working out on weekends.

Any ideas? What has worked in the past to get you out of a rut? Please remember I am still a beginner, and working to get into shape slowly. Also I do work 50 hrs a week so no crazy stuff please. THANKS!

I give:
Bernard Berrian
Tony Romo

I get:
Tory Holt
Edgerrin James

My QB is currently Peyton Manning, and I could use another solid WR and RB. Do it?

Me and my ex-girlfriend talk every now and then and we get along really good and I think there may be a chance in the future for us to get back together. If she has told me that she misses me and a lot about our relationship, but isnt ready to give it another try yet, does she really want me back eventually or is she just playing games with me. Is it worth the effort or is the past in the past and should not be revisited?

I want you to seriously think about this. The first knee-jerk reaction I had was that there would be a fewer wars but I doubt that. There'd be a reduction for a while but its Human nature to fight over such things as money, land, oil and beliefs (like democracy or communism). So on a Global scale I think itd be much the same.
Where i think we would suffer is all the humanitarium work that relgions do such as helping the homeless and providing education and those who take religion into their hearts tend to be nicer, happier people more willing to help their fellow man.

So overall I would say we'd be worse off without religion, but that's just my opinion, what's yours?

i'm 18 yrs old....just graudated from high school in may....well i work part time at wal-mart.....i absolutely hate working there....it really sucks......the employees there get treated like s.h.i.t........nobody's friendly, they kinda look and treat u like a outcast....they also kinda always look at u suspiciously.....get what i'm saying....anyways, it wouldn't be half as bad if the managers were nicer.......they are sooo rude and mean......and they are always yelling at the employees and me too....i always end up working alone and by myself in my department, when you usually are supposed to have two people in at least every department....because of this, i often get "overworked"....i have to handle the whole department by myself and i still get yelled at by the department manager....she doesn't even acknowledge that i am working my butt off, trying to manage the department....she doesn't even appreciate anything i do...no matter how much i try, i still get yelled at...why ???

The Sunday Times food critic, A. A. Gill, stopped in Penrith and said "the locals, in stark counterpoint to their surroundings, are the ugliest people in the nation. That's despite fierce competition from the Scottish Borders." (Taken from his article in the Sunday Times Style magazine of 30 September.)

Whilst I normally enjoy Mr Gill's wit and ascerbic use of the English language, I have to protest. I am married to a Cumbrian - a man with film-star good looks. My mother in law is a handsome woman. How dare Mr Gill suggest that Cumbrian's are the ugliest people in the nation!

So, let's put it to the vote. Who do you think are the ugliest people in the nation? 10 points for the most entertaining and plausible answer (but if you say Cumbria I will give you a thumbs-down!).

Yesterday a friend (girl) touched my head and I got really pissed , but still, I maintained a right way of approaching this
and asked her to please not touch my head. Right away she said, "oh, sorry..I didn't know you were all delicate"...WTF?
I felt like telling her twenty two ounce self to shut her sloppy self up, and act like a lady=)....Is it me, or am I the only person who doesn't appreciate or, feel it's necessary to touch people when greeting or having a simple conversation? I believe in the hand shaking, but even then I automatically want to wash my hands..am I a snob, or what?
