Can H4P2O7 (pyrophosphoric acid) glows in the night?

Is it possible that H4P2O7 (pyrophosphoric acid)can glow in the night? since it has P2 in the formula. Is it possible I can apply it on a paper and make the paper glow, or what should I do to make H4P2O7 glows in the night? like combine with other chemical, thanks!!
