Can someone helps me for my informal speech presentation about education and encouragement?
I've been doing by preparation about my speech for grades but I have not got that far. is anybody as a example of a good informal speech about education or encouragement.
I need some back up and good structure. I will give the best answer to The first who will me a good example.

I can't give you an example, but I'm king of bsing, mauahahah! So lets get to this.

1. Encouagement is an action that uses postive reinforcement to encourge hope in an individual. The point her is hope. So you can add something about how encourgement fosters hope, which motivates individuals to learn!

2. Education without goal setting, losses its punch. People perfer not to be motivated to do anything without some sort of goal in mind. Encougement uses goal ortentation as a way to motivate to!! So the another point is how encougement thru goal orentation is a good way to foster education.

3. You can explain how this has a bigger impact on small group dynamics, then large group dymanics, showing how when we have strong teacher-student bonds, we have a relationship built on encourgement which allows the student to excel better within the classroom environment. Are in other words, encougement is parmount towards allowing a student teacher relationship to motivate the student.
