I have been wanting to move here for a long time. I love the culture, the music and the kindness and sense of unity but I am having a problem finding a job and a place to stay. I would like to get a good paying job and live in a nice area but I don't know if it is possible or not. Any help would be appreciated. My daughter is 21 handicapped, tiny in stature and a little overweight, she first went for an EKG that came back abnormal, she then went for a echocardiogram and the doctor found a little hardening of the aortic artery of her heart. Now they want to give her a eet test ,not sure if i am saying this right. its a test where they knock her out and put a tiny camera down her throat to monitor the heart even closer. For this she has to go to the hospital the test should take an hour and then the recovery is an hour. Has anyone ever had this done and what are they looking for and with the hardening of the artery can that be treated with medicine. Also, what causes hardening of the arteries. Any help or advice of this would be appreciated cause I am very concerned and worried. My daughter is my life. THANKS!!!!

He's always making little smart *** comments about me!!! He's all like "I love you dad" but I can tell he really doesn't mean it. I mean seriously what the hell did I do to deserve this. So one night I decided to get back at him and let him drink some wine at dinner...a LOT of wine. So when he passed out to sleep that night I snuck into his room and drew a BIG PINIS on his forehead and wrote "I LOVE BIG PINIS!!!!" HA! Then he went to school like that and he didn't even no! It was so funny he even got 3 detentions for it!!!! But then my wife got all mad at ME when he came home crying! Like I did something wrong??? I mean seriously he started it. Wot should I do to convince her??

I am a high school junior writing my first novel about a British spy living in London. A teacher of mine recently told me he believes my story should take place in California - the region I currently live. He said I should take advantage of the setting around me instead of working with one I am unfamiliar with. He believes that I do not have the resources or knowledge to write in a foreign setting; the rest of the students in my workshop agreed with him. I have also spoken with several other people (some who have read my story), and they all believe my story should take place in Britain since that is the setting I am passionate about. What they say is true; I am not at all interested in writing a story that takes place in my hometown, but England has always fascinated me. Should I follow my workshop's advice and switch my setting to make the story easier to write (and perhaps more accurate) since I might benefit in the long run, or should I research England and follow my passion?
