I recovered from major depression several years ago, and recently I've been thinking about and recalling the things of my childhood that made me depressed... and I've sort of been feeling myself spiral back down into that same depression but with added stress from being in college, not being able to find a job, etc... I just feel helpless like there is nothing I can do about it... and I don't want to have to go through the same therapy and several medications I had to before.. I've realized what was wrong and dealt with it and moved on... but now it's upsetting me again... why am I thinking about these things? And what am I supposed to do to stop myself from going into that downward spiral? Any suggestions?? And I don't need any smart people saying things like, "grow up..." or anything else mean like that... this is really upsetting me and I don't know what to do... I don't know how to stop it and I could really use some advice. Thanks so much in advance! :)

My 2 year old was playing in the mud the other day and she threw one of rag-type dolls in the mud before I could stop her. She laughed and laughed and when I got on to her, she smiled at me, picked up the doll and said kiss, mommy. I said nooooooo I am not kissing that dirty muddy thing and she said kiss, mommy........she wouldn't stop until I kissed her baby, lol.

I'm really confused, can someone help me please with this question, or explain how to do it

Pluto the dog jumps between 2 buildings
1) in the first stunt, the buildings are 40m above ground and the gap between them is 6m. If the dog takes off at 8m/s what range of angles to the horizontal must he take off at in order to complete the jump?

2)in the 2nd stunt the gap between the buildings is 8m, but a takeoff ramp is provided. show my differention that if the dogs take off speed is V0, the maximum range occurs for takeoff angles of 45degrees.

3)find the minumum takeoff speed at which the dog can make the 8m jump.

Please help me!

I can't believe it's been a month and I still here people complaining about the general betrayus ad. When I heard about it I just thought it was juvenile. I would have forgotten all about it by now, but flipping through the channels I see fox news is still talking about it. If you don't agree with it that's fine, but they had every right to do it under the first amendment. Not to say the democrats typical cowardly reaction of going along with the republicans and condemning the ad was anything to be proud of. Does it make you proud to see you're tax dollars at work as congress wastes their time condemning the ad (which means absolutely nothing)? It's not like we don't have important issues facing America right now, When are people going to wake up and see "issues" like this for the smoke screen they are?

The truck will start right up and run fine, but about 5 minutes later I can hardly pull away from a stop light, I have to rev it up and ride the clutch, once it reaches approx 1500 rpm it runs fine. I have changed plugs, wires, rotor button, cap, fuel filter, I ran a can of Sea Foam through it. I thought maybe it was the engine temp sensor, but everything I've read about them say the engine is hard to start when they fail. I don't want to start just shotgunning parts at it. I have been told it was anything from the idle air control, EGR Valve, Throttle position sensor, I don't know (obviously) any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, Rick

We could look at this in two ways..

Rock is supposedly the "devil's" music, [according to many fundies] so in that case, all the great music will be down in the "lake of fire".
I can imagine headbanging to some metal down there, sounds fun to me.

or

Because "hell" is supposed to be a place of torture, we will be stuck listening to Avril Lavigne and other such atrocities.
