Don't forget 3500 calories is about 1 pound.

So a chocolate chip cookie is about 400 calories, which is about 1200 total. More if they are big. Therefore if you're total calorie consumption today is more than 1900 then you will put on this much amount of weight

(total calorie consumption) - 1900 = x / 3500 = how much weight you will put on

1900 is a baseline figure for the average amount of calories a woman burns. So if you ate toast, a cheesburger and a pasta meal, then the cookies, then you probably intaked about 2700 calories today. The maths

2700 - 1900 = 800 / 3500 = 0.2 pounds :)

just realised you ate 3 dozen = 36 * 400 = 14400 calories in those cookies - which is about 3.5 pounds!!

You ate about 3600 calories. In general, you have to reduce your diet by 3200 calories to lose a pound, so I would GUESS you would gain about a pound. The thing is, if that's ALL you ate today, you needed about 1500 to 2000 of those calories anyway.
Lots goes into the equation. You would have to run 8 miles per hour for four hours to burn it off.

its possible that u dont gain anything actually! it all depends on how ur metabolism is and how active u are and what u normally eat. some people eat all they want and are stick thin. others eat 1 piece of cake and they get heavier. it depends on ur body. do u also normally eat healthy? if u do then u shouldnt see that much of a difference and i f u do, it wont be for about a week.

Depends on how big the cookies were and your metabolism. On average you'd gain about 3-4lbs.

Give or take a 1-3 lbs. Depends if you don't exercise and if you do exercise, you will feel the food slowing you down.
