how do i get programs off of limewire to work?

if it was a bat or exe file, you might as well just go to google, search "sites that pose a security risk" and go to them. limewire isn't safe to download programs, but you just go to library, right click the file, look where it is example C:\program files\hello\rawr.exe then just go to start, all programs, hello, and click rawr
