Is my daughter entitled to give my grandaughter her surname?On the birth certificate there is the fathers name but he is not the biological parent.She has just got back dna test results naming the blood father but they are not together &have not been married.Is she entitled to put my grandaughter under her surname?Also does the biological father have any right to put his name on the birth certificate?Her present partner was at the birth,and has brought my grandaughter up as his own even though he knew he may not have been the father.Now after having back the dna results the other party is demanding her name to be changed to his.Please could somebody help answer this for us.Many thanks.

what happens then? what was the point of it all? an experiment by god for gods amusement? is that it? all the war all the human caused misery torture famine and unspeakable horrors over all the long years,in the end was just a test to see if,with a minimum amount of evidence,we'd believe? can any religious person explain this to me in laymans terms? without the use of scripture or bible quotes? because theyre 2000 yrs old and i find it hard to derive any meaning or sense. ps this is a genuine question.

I had this dream that my supervisor called me and told me not to worry about coming into work because of the roads being flooded. Then she calls me back and said get ready that she and the boss was coming to get me, well I went to the front door to go outside and the water level was waist deep, but the water never came in the house.....My supervisor and boss came in a boat to pick me up for work..lol.. when I got in the boat, my boss said hold on girls, and he was going so fast I thought I was going to die, The feel of the boat coming off the water was so weird feeling.. we got to our company and he had our office building sitting on big floats so that we could work..lol..
This was such a crazy dream, we haven't had any floods here so I don't know why I dream so crazy like that..lol.. any idea what this dream means..

i really care about this male friend of mine. Doubt his feelings are as strong but it makes it awkward to talk to him about this. I have a feeling that another male friend of ours has made claims about being with me and it might explain why last year my friendship with the first guy all but ended. You say that we have a sinful nature since the Garden of Eden. Who DECIDED that we have a sinful nature since the Garden of Eden? Who made it happen? Who made that rule? You act as though God had no choice but to give all future people a sinful nature. He didn't have to.

My AP English teacher has a list of "Non-negotiables" when writing.

One of these "non-negotiables" is "don't start sentences with and, but, so, well, like, or then".

The sentence I need re-worded is:
"Then, a week before the Fall-Jamboree game, I was told that I was the starter and there would be no split in playing-time."

As you can see, I started the sentence with 'Then'. I was editing my paper and noticed this, yet nothing sounds good when I try to re-word it.

I have noticed that the Second Child of a muliple child family is usually bigger than the first.

So, does the original fetus become a template for next? And does the next grow larger because the womans body already understands the hormonal changes? Programmed?

Have a look around,...2nd borns are usually larger than 1st borns and this even spans gender separation within families.
