Hi, i currently weight train and was looking for some exercises that will help certain areas. Between my belly button and hips i have the "spare tire" and my inner and outer thighs "saddle bags". What cardio or exercises would help with these. i have about 10lbs to lose in these areas. Thanks!

My doc said today that I am 2 cm and 70 % effaced and that the baby's head is really low, she said that there was no way i would go late that he will be here bythe 22nd his due date and that I probably wont have a long labor since he is so far down. This is my first pregnancy, has anyone's doctor ever told them this and then the baby held out for a few extra weeks. I was throwing up last night for no reason and feel really tired and crampy, hopefully he is on his way??

i've got this ear pain thats really minor...but i know its a ear infection kind of pain cuz i had it last time in my other ear and that one really bad till i had to go to a doc...well i think i might have injuured the skin or sumthing cuz like 2 days ago i wuz cleaning it with my finger and then there wuz a little blood (very little).....i'm afraid that this minor ear pain will eventually worsen ...is there any way i can prevent it from happenin?will puttin olive oil work?(the doc said not to put olive oil 4 the other ear when it wuz infected,i'm not sure y....)

I teach a health class and next week we are studying the circulatory system. I thought it would be great to find Potsie's "Pump Your Blood Song " from Happy Days and have the kids sing along. Here's a fresh idea. Religionists are always making the accusation that 'atheism' is a 'religion'... so, why don't we just embrace that idea, and engage them on their own turf? The goddess 'Athe'... divine patroness of knowledge, reason and critical thinking. Since Atheists already outnumber Jews, there should be no problem in attaining tax-exempt status... nobody could dismiss 30 million 'believers' as a mere cult. Surely, some christians will make the accusation that we can't 'prove' that 'Athe' actually 'exists'... but that argument can easily be defeated by reference to their own play-book... although in this case, 'exist' would only be in the sense of an abstract idea... like 'Logos'. We could even have 'Saints'... Darwin... Einstein... Paine... Bacon... etc.

There should be a figurehead... 'Pope' is already take. How about "The Freakin' Deacon"? We could have an election... the obvious candidates would be Dawkins... Dennett... Harris... Hitchens... maybe a few more.
