Hi, i currently weight train and was looking for some exercises that will help certain areas. Between my belly button and hips i have the "spare tire" and my inner and outer thighs "saddle bags". What cardio or exercises would help with these. i have about 10lbs to lose in these areas. Thanks!

there is no such thing as spot reduction.u need to lose the flab all over!

I'm 14 too (: I really honestly have the same problem as you do. What i'm doing to shape up for the summer is to just eat more healthy, like salad for lunch insted of pizza. You know what I mean. Lol, I also drink A LOT of water and chew gum when I am hungry. Please please don' t starve yourself, thats not what I am trying to apply. I would just run and exercise a lot, eat healthy-salads, fruits and other and cut back on the fattening things such as Chips, pizza, candy, FAST FOODS, and others.. (I know its hard when youe a teenager, lol:]) So yeah, I hope this works and best of luck in high school (: (i'm sooo excited for mine!)
