That is a difficult goal but it may be reachable. The secret of dieting is to use more calories then you take in.
Exercise four times a week for at least 30-40 minutes a day. The exercise may be brisk walking.
Eat a healthy diet. Three meals a day. Fish tree times a week, Lean meat no more than twice a week, Keep the fish and meat to a 2-4 ounce limit. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables should comprise of as many different colors as possible, M & M's don;t count. Stay away from sweets and cakes. Eat only whole grain products if you can. Watch the portion sizes of every thing.
Good luck.

The best advise I can give you is go to your Doctor and ask him to start you on Phentermine. I know some people don’t like to take drugs for wait loss but this really worked for me and you are only allowed to take it 3 to 4 months depending on your wait loss and the Doctor. Of course if you are not truly over weight (not meaning you have to be obese) but are just trying to be too thin then the Doctor will not prescribe this for you. Last but not least you do need to walk at least 30 minutes a day to help lose the wait, don’t worry though these pills give you the energy you need to exercise and helps you want to eat healthier, you also need to build up that 30 minutes as time goes by.

Losing that much weight in sure a short time will not be good for your body later on.
Crash dieting is the only way I know of doing this. Lots of water, fruits, veggies [ no red meat, fast foods, snacks, or rich diary foods ]. You can eat boiled fish and chicken. Use all the seasonings [ except salt ] all you want.
Walk 5 miles a day and lots of exercise. If you have a pool swim as much as you can and do water exercises.
Hope your body can handle the stress you will be putting it through and you heart and lungs hold up...This kind of weight losing is not good at all.

Ashlee, this is a massive amount of weight to loss is a short period of time and you may be setting yourself up for failure. You will have to make a huge effort to attain this goal. Stop drinking soda, only water and only unit size doses of juices. Next you'll have to eat constantly, no large meals, but healthy things like salads, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, lean meats, broiled chicken, and fish. Start to walk and walk alot, every free minute keep moving. Dance to the music as often as possible. No carbs. No bread. No sugar. Stay positive and motivated. Sleep at least 8 hours a night, sleeping will help you lose weight. Good luck and keep it healthy.

Here are a few tips:
1. You MUST exercise if you want to lose weight and keep it off, so do something every day, even if it’s just a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood. Don’t say you don’t have time for exercise; you have to MAKE time. Yes, it takes time and effort, but you’re worth it, right?
2. Walk as much as you want, but don’t do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.
3. If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. That’ll really help you “tone up.”
4. Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time (most people do). That’s not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.
5. Eat breakfast every day within an hour of getting up. People who don’t are 450% more likely to be overweight.
6. Eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of three squares per day or one big meal per day. Your body expends energy digesting your food, so eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running high because you’re constantly digesting food.
7. Avoid these as much as possible:
-- Trans fat (any type of partially or fully hydrogenated oil)
-- High fructose corn syrup (soft drinks are LOADED with it)
-- Fast food
-- Junk food
-- White sugar, white flour, white rice, white potatoes
-- The deadly C’s (cookies, cakes, candy, chips, cola)
8. Build your diet around these trim-body-friendly foods:
-- Nuts, any kind (almonds are best)
-- Beans/Legumes
-- Fresh vegetables (green is GREAT!!!)
-- Dairy products (as long as they’re low-fat or non-fat)
-- Eggs
-- Lean meats (fish and poultry top the list)
-- Olive oil
-- Whole grain breads/cereals/pasta
-- Fresh fruits (anything that ends in “berry” is a winner)
-- Tea (green tea or black pekoe tea)
-- Cold water or ice water (your body has to expend extra calories to heat it up)
9. Desserts and treats are the exception, not the rule. Having said that, however, (1) you can have a couple of pieces of chocolate every day – just don’t overdo, and (2) Allow yourself one “cheat meal” every week where you eat and drink whatever you want as long as you don’t gorge yourself. That’ll help keep you from feeling deprived and it’ll make it easier to stick with your new healthy eating plan.
Good luck!
