I've read that after a miscarriage you should wait 3-6 months or whatever your doctor tells you to start trying again. Does anyone have a physical reason why? I know your mind needs time to heal, but physically, what is the risk? I just had a miscarriage and feel fine physically. I didn't have to get a D&C or anything, I passed it naturally. I don't want to wait to start trying, but I don't want another miscariage either.

My wedding is skeduled for the second week of october, and I can not get my birth certificate!I was born at Saint Mary's hospital in Hoboken N.J. and now i live in Puerto Rico...I tried vitalorg.com and reg mail with a money order -and nothing yet! I am going nuts! Everithing is payed for... but withought it there will be no wedding!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have a outdoors plumbing question. I moved my spigot and it basically fell right out of the junction (? - I don't know what it is called) that is permantly attached to the house plumbing. The spigot has 1/2" male NPT, but is just a *tad* smaller than the junction's threading. I am not sure how someone got it to stay in the first place. The threads in the junction seem to be fine and is defintly not 3/4" NPT, the 1/2" male just isn't that loose in the junction, but does slide right into the female.

It looks like someone loaded the male end with teflon tape and got the spigot to stay into the junction somehow.

My question is this: What is the solution here? As I see it, I have 2 possibilities. One is to totally block off this junction, but with what and what NPT size? The second is to get the right threaded spigot, but again, what size?

The junction in question has no external threads

I HAVE! In my junior year, my well-liked 10th grade history teacher (who is also a wrestling coach) asked me to be his "teacher assistant" in the school hallway. He asked me by signing it in my yearbook, along with "buy the rest of your outfit =) ", which was a joke to him cuz he said it before to me in sophomore year. he put his arm around me when he gave me the yearbook. I took my yearbook and held it against his head cuz I seriously was gonna hit him across the face with it. He was like, "WHOA! I was just gonna ask you if you wanted to come in and see my cactus." Well I guess he was referring to an actual cactus that was shaped like a PENIS!! Then he said it needed enzyte, the "natural enhancement pill." He was so gross, and later on that year when I was his TA he told me to sit down in front of the class because everyone was staring at me in my outfit. EWW!!! I left that school like a month into my senior year.. GROSS!
Have you had a traumatic experience like this? lol

I have a 5 month old chihuahua /rat terrier mix Whe we first got him he jumped off the couch and broke both of his front legs, yesterday he broke them again. I am a single parent and I do my job to make sure my kids have everthng they need to be comfortable. I help my kids with theiir homework daily and I expect for them to get straight A's. There only job is being a kid, doing homework and having fun. I am not strict, or mean and I get compliments from others (and the kids) about being a great mother. However I did not have this sort of dicipline in life and I want them to have every opportunity in life that I did not have. Good grades will get them there when the time is right. Am I wrong to expect straight A's and B's. My kids are 10, 9, and 3 . The 10 year old is the only one receviing letter grades right now
