I have been trying for months... I have sent forms 3 times,(fotocopiesof b.cirtificate, four i.d's, s.sec #, and faxed all the info). First at vitalstatistisc.com does not have P.R as a mail option, and then they never answer the phone! Some hudson seal was stolen...and we are not able to get anything....

Try contacting a paralegal in the Hoboken area for help they'll cost less than a lawyer and should be able to help. As a part of the legal system you are less likely to get ripped off. Call first thing Monday and do some on-line research for paralegals today. Good Luck!

New Jersey Health and Senior Services...

You should be able to order directly from them... also, there are email or phone numbers.
Further research on that website says you can contact the county directly (clerk of court, I am sure). They'll have local procedures, and some jurisdictions will take everything via fax or "overnight" mail.

Try to contact the city clerk in Hoboken and find out what they need from you to issue a certificate of birth. You may need to deal with the state archives (in PA that's how it is). You can also try to contact your Congressional representatives for advice and assistance - their offices should have staffers who can help.

word; that's a no longer a criminal answer - basically journey. maximum individuals are not getting their marriage license back from the city Clerk till they return from their honeymoon. meaning they mail of their license, and return and forth on their modern-day passports. maximum countries do no longer care, as long as your passport is as much as this element, and you have a drivers license or some thing else to back it up. in case you're puzzled, i might make a xerox of the marriage certificates before you mail it out (or the officiant mails it out for you). playstation i replaced into born in Minneapolis and am additionally a Canadian - i locate the border tedious yet no longer obsessive - in case you're somewhat in contact, do basically no longer record till you come again, although in some states the license must be filed interior of 5 days. SO, verify with the county clerk to locate how long you have before you will desire to record.

You need to contact the hospital directly or contact the county clerk's office. You should be able to get a copy provided you have the necessary documentation to prove that it is indeed you. Also contact any schools you attended (grade school) they may have a copy in a file.
Quick search says you need to contact the state dept of NJ

Call around and see what the agencies (hospital even) says about it. And go to the courthouse where you are getting the marriage lisence and ask them if they know how to help you.
If you have family still in that area in NJ call someone and give them this info:
http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/howto/w2w/newjers.htm
And have them get it and fed ex it to you.
Good luck.

call the hospital direct long distance and hold on until you get connected to records. tell them your situation and arrange to wire them the money for their fee. they may let you put the fee on Visa. ask. Have it faxed to you.
