I got caught chewing gum in Chorus on Friday and in my school that's like a sin.
No chewing gum is like numero uno.
Well, anyway he sent me to the offic and I got detenion.
So, I had to go back to class and when I did he ripped up the detention slip.
Because I'm a good singer he gave me a warning.

Oh, and my cousin's in the same class as me and she got a detenion for being a smarta.ss and she got 6 months house arrest because she like never came to school last year.
She was beyond pissed.
I felt bad because he didn't give me the detention and she did.
Do you think that's fair, because I don't think it is.

polishing concrete ?

I have a small area (2m^2) of concrete that i would like to do something to to make it easy to clean. (it is under a stove)
I thought about polishing it but cant seem to find anywhere to hire the tools from ( i would like to do it myself) and wondered if anybody knew, a) somewhere i could hire something like a ds 301 planetary polisher from or b) what else i could to to it (resins...??)

He says we're dating but he's distant?

He told me we're dating but when he's not around me he's distant. a.ka. doesnt call. I consider us friends who go on dates, but not dating. I would have said something when he made that statemnt but I figured that once he said that he'd up and act more the part by picking up the phone but he hasn't. What should I do so I can keep him in my life but not end up walked over?

Why do Christians feel that by threatening atheists with 'burning in hell'?

that it will actually make a difference to us? If we dont believe in God, then we dont believe in Heaven or Hell, so what do they expect to achieve from threatening us with something we dont believe in?

which one should i ask out?! i want a lot of answers please!?

i'll call them 1, 2 & 3

1) he's in two of my classes, plays football, has had a crush on my since the beginning of the year. he always sits next to me & talks, and his best friend laughs cuz he's hitting on me. he's almost as tall as me (i'm 5'5") and wiry/muscular. tan skin, brown eyes, light brown hair, part asian (doesn't look very asian though)

2) is the best friend of guy #1. he's less handsome but still kinda hot. he's always staring at me and talking, not as much as guy #1. he doesn't do any sports but he's got a good bod, stylish, surfer-style hair, pretty eyes, and he's nice and smart. he's really funny, in two of my classes.

3) he's blonde and sporty, but has a little acne. he's preppy and friends with all the jocks, and he's never really talked to me but stares at me CONSTANTLY. i mean, it's almost stalker-ish. i like him though.

you tell me - would you like 1, 2, or 3???? which one should i ask out, or with whom do i have the best chances??? thanks!

For or against no kill shelters.........?

I have always thought no kill shelters were the answer for all homeless pets, but then I just read an article and thought about what they actually are. Sending an animal to a no kill shelter, aren't we kind of sentencing some of them to a life in a cage with very little interaction?? Please do not judge me..... I'm not saying either way is better.... I'm only asking for more information and trying to find out if there's something about these shelters that I'm not finding myself and to get people's opinions on which is actually better. Thanks!!

Who would you rather see as the United States Champion?

MVP or Matt Hardy

I would rather see Matt Hardy as the United States Champion because I believe MVP should know how it feels like to get beat by someone who is truly better than him whether that would be by Matt Hardy or someone else.

Quadratic Complexity?

OK I was doing algarithms for A-level further maths, and I want to know how this works (I don't think it has that much to do with algorithms but i may be wrong). Heres a question I had involving it:

A computer takes 1.5 seconds to sort 1000 numbers. If it is a quadratic complexity, how long would it take to sort 100000 numbers?

I think it has something to do with squaring the time whenever the number of numbers, but when I attempted the question I ended up with a huge mess. Please can I have step by step instructions and information on quadratic complexities, what they are used fo etc (anything I might need to know). Thankyou.
