If both parents are willing to go through with the change in custody can you just go to some court and sign paperwork and have it done? This is between two different states also. Thanks.

Is illegal immigration a crime or not? And if it is a crime are those guilty of violating our laws criminals or not? And if there are too many illegal aliens in this country to deport, why are those who are apprehended after committing a crime, even a felony, not reported to immigration authorities and jailed or deported?The execution-style murder of three African-American college students in Newark, NJ is a case in point. Forced to kneel they were shot in the head, allegedly by an illegal alien from Peru who was out on bail for the serial rape of a 5-year-old.What recourse do American citizens have when they are victims of violent crimes committed by a growing number of illegal aliens? The courts? Don't count on it. The federal government? Ditto.Writing in the City Journal in 2004 Heather Mac Donald reported that "most violent criminals at large today are illegal aliens." One example of a city where illegal aliens are major contributors to crime is Los Angeles. In LA she writes, "the police cannot use the most obvious tool to apprehend them: their immigration status. For example, dozens of members of a ruthless Salvadoran prison gang have sneaked back into town after having been deported for such crimes as murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and drug trafficking. Police officers know who they are and know that their mere presence in the country is a felony. Yet should a cop arrest an illegal gang-banger for felonious reentry, it is he who will be treated as a criminal, for violating the LAPD's rule against enforcing immigration law."

I already have two male cats, but im going to be getting a dog in the upcoming week. They are half rottweiler and half bloodhound, should i get a male or female one? I would like the dog to be a strong gaurd dog but maintain companionship qualities. would it be better to get a male or female dog? i have only ever had female dogs and i would like to try male, but im not sure.

heres the short version.... started seeing a guy mid july...best 3 weeks of my life...then he starts acting all funny...he has a lot of **** goin on in his life so i let it slide...says he needs space one day and the next he is kissing me and askin me to come stay at his house...then he says i have too much **** going on for a relationship.. he is a cop and mp for army..leaving in january. when we first met he asked if him leaving was a problem and i said no..he said good bc he wouldnt want me to get involved if i wouldnt be able to deal with it....is "i have too much **** going on for a relationship" a cop-out for loss of interest or seein someone else? just not sure if i really beleive that excuse seeing not two months ago he said he was "in this for the long haul". im 27 he is 25 with a year old son...any opinions??

Could you explain? By being “annoying,” I don’t mean that the girl considers the guy being friendly and trying to make conversation as annoying. By annoying, I mean by him saying hi to the girl repeatedly right after the first hi, pairing up with her with an innocent smile, and jabbing her when he gets the chance. He is well aware that she shoots him a perturbed look. He hangs out with his own circle of friends and never reaches out until he's nearly alone.

Ok, yeah, that girl is me actually. I FIND HIM SO ANNOYING.
