You will get very sick. I won't lie to you, yes you do lose weight that way, but it is the MOST UNHEALTHY way you can.

Its called bullemia. It's a very serious eating disorder. Along the same lines as anorexia. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy, exercise well and you will get there! Don't be discouraged because in 2 days you don't lose anything, losing weight is an eventual process. Talk to someone you trust about the best way to lose some weight (as long as it is to a healthy range)!

Yes you can, but really it is not a good way to loose weight. You have to remember that when you start eating again your body will grab everything and it is harder to loose again. The best way is to eat small amounts, i.e. 1/2 a sandwich instead of a whole one at least 4 times a day, most people say 6 small "snacks" a day, drink lots of liquids to fill you up if you are still hungry until your stomach gets small and you can tolerate eating very little without feeling like you are starving and binge eating ruining what you are trying to do.
Heating pads over your "problem areas" helps, or drink lots of water grab a trash bag and go for a few walks around the block (this is not healthy and if you are huge your skin will hang if you do it too much) but it helps in a pinch. If you are already skin and bones see a doctor hun, you need help to see that you are perfectly fine and probably underweight. If you are really big I would recommend B12 shots at the doctors office, or you can take the liquid B12 that goes under your tongue and green tea drinks. Do not drink diet sodas, they make you retain water, if you add sugar to your tea or coffee stop, you will drop 10 pounds in a month just from stopping that. Hope this helps, remember you can send yourself to the grave, or become a vegetable if you don't take vitamins and make sure that your body is getting nutrition, so be very careful. If you are weak, or just sick, you need to eat, it took a long time to gain the weight, it will take a little time to loose it, just hang in there and stick to a good routine before you know it it will be gone. Even just a few exercises for 10-15 min a day helps out tremendously. I recommend an exercise ball, they have a few routines with it that get you firmed up in a couple weeks.

Well, this is an eating disorder known as bulimia and it definitely is not healthy and may even cause you to gain weight. Even though you are purging- inducing your vomit, you can only rid the body of 1/3 to 1/2 of the calories you consume so, if you're eating a lot of food, you're still going to absorb the nutrients as well as the fat content. Not only is not a sufficient way to lose weight, but it will also erode the enamel on your teeth, cause scarring on your hands, break blood vessels in your eyes, cause electrolyte imbalances, heart arrhythmias, and could even rupture your stomach lining and that hurs worse than giving birth!

That is called bulimia and it's disgusting for a number of reasons.
1) It's an eat disorder and can kill you
2) It ruins your teeth
3) It smells and tastes disgusting
4) You will become addicted to it and lose control
There are many reasons you shouldn't do this... You seriously can become addicted to it and you will "binge and purge" and become obsessed with it. And than even when you want to stop, your body won't let you, it will automatically throw up anything you eat. You will start to rapidly lose weight which is very unhealthy and also disgusting. Your teeth will become very nasty and discolored, and eventually it could kill you. And than, if you do ever get overcome the bulimia, you will still have to live with the consequences of how it affected your health.
So just don't even try to throw up. If you wanna lose weight, do it the safe healthy way. Eat healthy foods and exercise.

yes you can lose weight by vomiting your food back up as virtually no food will be absorbed by your body but it definately is NOT a good idea.....you can become very ill doing this as your body gets no nutrients and you can hurt your throat very badly as there is acid in your stomach which comes up also......people who do this often are called bulimic and usually end up very sick. you should eat a healthy diet and excercise more if you want to lose weight, i know it,s not easy as i am overweght but it,s the only healthy way to do it.Be careful !

If you do it too much, your esophagus can rupture....killing you. And the stomach acids from vomit eats away at the enamel on your teeth....so you may be skinny but you ll look like sh*t. There are no pros only cons, be like the rest of us and achieve what you want by hard work and determination. Nobody in this section is interested in the easy way out. Join the club.

Please don't even start this! Bulimia or "purging" is very, very unhealthy and is harmful to many parts of your body. You lose nutrients and electrolytes from vomiting which are needed to keep your heart and other organs functioning. You can develop irregular heartbeats, go into heart failure, rupture your esophagus or stomach from the overuse of the muscles that are used to vomit. PEOPLE HAVE DIED FROM DOING THIS....PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO TRY AND LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!

Having seen this I really want to share something because I spent many many years jumping from diet to diet without seeing any results until I discovered Pams magic plan (i found it on google). Without a doubt the best results that I have ever had and it is still working to this day.
