I have contacted the senators from every state that was considering a yes vote. I guess a lot of you did too.

The back yard has a brick patio and what used to be green grass until I sprayed it with grass and weed killer. Now the grass and weeds are dead but how do I remove the dead grass and weeds from between the bricks? I tried it previously using an old pair of boots and just kicking the vegetation out of the ground but there has to be an easier way.

hi there i posted this question earlier.do not know how to amend it. i have got a new cooker and hob. i have a cooker cable which will be heavy enough to serve the hob and cooker but i noticed that the cooker says that it must have a 13 amp fuse. do i need to have a seperate supply to the cooker with a 13 amp fuse or can i just connect the cooker to the hob with a loop and use the 30 amp fuse in the fuse box.this question is aimed at qualified electricians. no jokers please. what are current iee regulations

I am 47.. so this question may not apply to everyone here age wise. But.. I was raised in a time when if you did not do what you ask, or if you smarted off to your parents, you were usually spanked, or given a slap to remind you that boundries exist and if you did not follow them, then they're were reprecussions for that! I have an intense hatred of math. I hate it with a passion. I'm good at it, and am considered gifted in it. I understand it extremely easily. But I can't stand it. It stresses me out. I am. I don't know what all these Christian groups are talking about when they refer to the HUGE GUILT women have afterwards... I had one when I was 19..birth control failed, I was not in a position to care for a child at that point, financially or otherwise, and now I have two wonderful children. I've never looked back, and have never felt sad or guilty about it. Not many people talk about this kind of thing, but I know there are people like me out there, arent' there?

From what I gather Replaytv just doesn't have a solution for HD programming. TOO, TOO BAD. I don't want Tivo S3, nor the comcast DVR. Is there a third option to build into a computer that can be dedicated to HD DVR? I assume it will have to be something used on a PC, and I'll need to get a good Video card, and some type of TV tuner card. Any suggestions?

Hi, I just noticed today that my hot tub was slowly leaking water. I looked underneath and noticed a little hose had come off and was slowly letting out water. Problem is that I can't find where this hose goes or what it's for? It's hard to peek inside and see everything, so can someone please look at the attached photo and let me know what this hose might connect to? The pump, the heater, a pipe, the spa itself? I'm stumped! Thanks.
