Why would he? You are looking at this all wrong. His wife announced she had cancer right? That didn't get him a sympathy bump in the polls, but it did give his wife immunity from being questioned.
No one dares say anything against this "brave woman fighting cancer". So Edwards can get her to say anything, attack anyone, and she gets a free pass. No one wants to be called a piece of slime for daring to question a woman fighting illness.

I don't think you are showing respect to Senator Edward or his wife neither of whom have done anything to you.
The language you use deserves to be flagged but that is to easy so I will let others see just what a horse'sass you really are.
