I would say 10 I make it a point to ask all new recruits out for lunch! It has now become almost second nature to me to ask someone out!!!

Well, now I'm married so it's 0, but before I met my husband, it would depend on who it was and how interested I was. If it was a passing crush, I usually didn't feel like putting forth the effort to try to attract them. If I really had my mind made up I wanted to date that person and I could tell they liked me too but were too shy to ask (I was always attracted to the shy guys), I guess I was an 8. I wouldn't ask them out, but I was a 10 about asking to exchange phone numbers. After that, the ball was in his court.

about an 8, I am working on it though...I am not the type to sit and wait for them to ask me out, If I see something/one I like, I take the chance. Worst they can do is say NO.

I've never done that but gotta be tough for guys. I'm afraid of rejection and I can't even think how bad it is for guys if I don't want to go out with them.

Probably a 1..I'm too shy, and besides that, I feel that my rejection rate would be pretty high.
