Is your child in kindergarten? If so, the ADA requires the public school system to provide him with an education. If he is not in kindergarten yet, call your local elementary school and explain his issues. They should be able to refer you to an agency or program that can help. Usually, public schools prefer that children with these kinds of issues be diagnosed prior to entering school so that they can begin with an appropriate education plan (IEP) or support if needed, so I would think they would be happy to guide you to the appropriate program in your area.
