We are installing tile floors ourselves and my husband has been a bit careless with the dust from the hardi backer. He has cut the stuff without wearing a mask. He has laid it in the living room and foyer and the tile won't be here for probably 2 weeks. How bad is this? Does it take a lot of exposure to get silicosis or only a little. My son and I both have sore throats but people in this area are getting fall allergies . In our case we can't tell if it's that or these dusty boards.

I am becoming close with a girl who is almost 16 and I am over 18. Her mother disapproves of her being with me, but we have no desire to have sex. We are just very, very close. What power does her mother have over me after my friend turns 16? I am trying to somehow get her mother to understand as well since I already said sex is NOT an issue. I just am afraid of the legal consequences that I can face. Again, I AM NOT trying to challenge the system or her mother. she was doing well for awhile and would tell me when she had to go, but now she doesn't tell me at all and i'm so frustrated. i think having a soiled diaper doesn't bother her so that is making it harder to potty train her. she just doesn't seem to care. she knows what is going on b/c we talk about it all the time and she has an older sister that is potty trained and she sees her telling me when she has to go and wearing panties. i don't know what else to do. any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It was 2500 cash bond for probation and he has another case pending in which he is currently bonded(surety) and awaiting sentencing. No visible holds and clean ncic report. Its been over 24 hours and the county jail recieving dept. said they were confused by "no bond Reequired" on a few things (traffic)and they said they had no record of the on-going surety bond. But they gave me a court date for him matching the case with the missing surety bond. Probation hasnt revoked him or technically violated him for the new case, he is in jail for an fta for probation (not the new bonded case), the prob. judge was just awaiting a verdict in sentancing from current judge to decide to keep himon prob. or revoke or just violate for that matter and no legal document forfeiting his surety bond.....why are they holding him?

I get," error occurred communicating with scanning device." I have a HP all in one (new) and all the other funtions work, it is just the scanner.I got the same error report on the one I just replaced (I thought there was somethig wrong with it,because of the error report.) im 7months pregnant. so far ive been through all the pregnant experience by my self, morning sick, food craving (he dont care when i suddenly want to eat a crab meat!), even buy a baby bed! my husband never company me to do the monthly check up in the hospital, he did once and he played "solitaire"in his cellphone while im talking with my doctor! he dont pay attention when im looking to the ultrasound monitor, when people ask him how many months is my pregnancy, he said 3 months! he think that i was doing stupid thing by talking with my tummy, when my baby kick me and i put his hand on to my tummy, he said stop it, im tired! many other things that iritating me, his and my family is far far away, i am perfectly lonely. we are just marriend 2 years, he is extreme workaholic, he gave me alot of money to spend, provide me a car+driver and 2 maids to spoil me, he loves me, and never forget my birthday, but this baby drive him crazy, isn'it... what should i do? do you have a same experience?

The reason I ask, is because several news stories recently have had facts that have later been proven false. The one that is most alarming is the Jena Six storyline, I have heard from real sources, complete and totally opposite stories. I am not interested in arguing about which ones are true, what I am interested in is do you think its ok for the media to give false information yet remain immune under the guise of free speech? In this situation, the newspaper that lied caused one of two things, either they inflamed racial hostility with a misleading story that makes whites look racist, or, the other newspaper slandered 6 kids. Personally I think the media has gone too far. Liars should be put out of business. Problem is I dont know which is true, and neither does anybody else, except maybe the people that live there, and they might not even know at this point.

I have rather bad stretch marks on my stomach, breasts, hips, thighs, and my bum. These are from a growth spurt I had at 13 (now 21). My mother also has stretch marks from growing and pregnancy, but not nearly as bad as mine. I was wondering - are there any ladies out there whose pre-existing stretch marks got worse when they become pregnant? Or, did you get new ones in new places when you became pregnant? Is there any known, safe methods (such as rubbing in vitamin e oil) that you can do every night/day whilst pregnant to prevent new ones from appearing?
