They want to wage over the West, Christians, and there fundamentals. But many of the tools they used to carry out there Jihad are mostly western ideas. It is sort of adhocracy? Especially with my teacher mentioning something about Iran, and nukes how it sort of goes against there fight against the West. Thanks for an answer.

Western countries invented most of the stuff in the world. They would have to turn off their TVs, morning loud speakers, cell phones, and all electricity if they are really against western ideas. They also would need to stop using gasoline, cars, electric stoves, refrigerators, air conditioners, ice makers, light bulbs, computers, power plants, elevators, escalators, radios, CD players, DVD players, cassette players, videotape recorders, etc..

Since extremists can't get access to long range missiles then they will smuggle Iranian nukes into western countries.

There are many different groups, each with different goals, different motives, and different tactics.

They cannot all be lumped together -- they don't even all belong to the same factions of Islam -- and some consider other Islamic factions to be enemies, while others do not.

That's the problem with thinking an attack against any one group will solve our problems -- there isn't just one single enemy -- there are dozens of independent opposing groups, some of which are fighting each other as well.
