My brothers ex-wife filed criminal charges in India against my brother stating that he has harrassed her. My brother is a US citizen. She is a Indian Citizen. Can she really have my brother extradited from U.S.A to India? Her allegations are not true, but the legal authorities in Indian have taken her case and are reviewing it. They have supposedly issued an arrest warrant against my brother. It is kind of ridiculous that he has to appear in the court in India and risk losing his job (due to the time that could be consumed with this lawsuit) and spend all the money for travel + legal costs, especially when he has not committed any harrassment. Her allegations are tottaly baseless.

We are also consulting lawyers in India to get details and thoughts/ideas to counter the arrest warrant issued, but I'm looking for anyone that has a dealt with similar situation in the past and can give me any advise/contact information to handle the situation more effectively. Thanks in advance.

I visit my ex on a regular basis. We talk on the phone, even go to lunch from time to time. We are both remarried and are not trying to get back together. The baby I'm watching is ten months but quickly outgrowing the 18 month clothes I had for him, and with the weather getting colder needs some long sleeves anyways. Where is the best place to look? What is a normal price? How long can I expect him to stay in one size of clothes? Is all the baby clothes sized about the same or will I not know if it fits until he wears it? And what about shoes...is there somewhere that sizes baby feet? And what about the whole soft vs. hard shoe thing...he is almost walking (he took half a step then lunged) so which is better for him, or do I need some of both?
Sorry to ask so much but I am lost!
