Dollar bouncing back to the Pound in the near future?

For years and years it seemed the British Pound was worth about $1.50 to $1.70. However, since late last year the Pound skyrocketed overnight to about $2.00. Why did this happen so quickly, and will we ever see the old rates any time in the near future?

I accidently blocked an email address in Outlook Express. Now I can't find the application that will let me unblock it.

Also, I asked my utility company to email my statements but I haven't received any. They say they've sent them and to check my spam folder or junk mail folder. My Outlook Express doesn't have either one of these folders. How do I find something the system has blocked?

Any real help is appreciated.

My ex husband who came to pick up our children yesterday tells me he's going to jail for a month and then being put on house arrest for a flubbed up job(carpentry work) and is being sued for 15,000. Does this make sense to you? I mean the jail sentence and all? He's been known to lie to me in the past so I guess I'm skeptical and being he has visitation with our children I would like to know the real reason he is in jail. Is there any way I can find this out?

I already asked this question once, I'm curious to see how the answers change now after I add my reaction to the original answers:

This question was over-the-top and mainly meant to get a rise out of Republicans, but I did find out something interesting...almost all of them made the same ridiculous argument...that if someone questions the use of of private contractors (who really are accountable to NO ONE regardless of guilt or innocence), that must mean they don't care when civilians get killed by terrorists?

I am tired of bogus claims that our brave contractors are only interested in profiting off war and want to keep the chaos and mayhem going perpetually.

GOD BLESS AMERICA...AND NO ONE ELSE. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS AND CONTRACTORS....

The only doctor I ever go to is a gynecologist.. I dont have a general doctor ( i guess ive been lucky enough to never really get sick.. although i know i know.. i should go for check ups)

Anyways.. ive decided I need to speak to someone about my anxiety problem and possibly get on medication..

Can i just go to a general doctor about this? Or do i have to go to a neurology/psychitrist person?
