I accidently blocked an email address in Outlook Express. Now I can't find the application that will let me unblock it.

Also, I asked my utility company to email my statements but I haven't received any. They say they've sent them and to check my spam folder or junk mail folder. My Outlook Express doesn't have either one of these folders. How do I find something the system has blocked?

Any real help is appreciated.

Sorry, guys. Both answers deserve a best answer. I'll have to put it to a vote.

If that's the reason they are not coming through, then you should be able to handle it from there.

Good luck
