Not sure why this is in Earth Sciences & Geology. As a science question, it would be better in Biology. But, anyway...

Even if the girls are identical (monozygotic), rather than fraternal (dizygotic) twins, only their genotype is identical. They have had nearly 25 years of differential environmental interaction (beginning in the womb) to develop differences in phenotype.
