Dwight Eisenhower profusely warned about the giant U.S. military-industrial complex, which - after World War II - saw how profitable 'war' could be. So all the politicians were bought up, pricey lobbyists were hired, and special interest groups were formed to promote and encourage more 'war'.
This 'war' in Iraq is all about OIL and WAR PROFITEERING. Nothing else.
Of course, the government contractors want this 'war' to continue; it adds to their bottom line. The Bush administration lied to Congress, hoodwinked the American people, and conned our valiant U.S. troops into believing there was honorable purpose for this insane, unjustified, unconstitutional, illegal, immoral 'war'. 675,00 Iraqis and 3,800 U.S. soldiers have sacrificed their lives so that a handful of wealthy elitists, industrialists and power brokers can become wealthier and more powerful.
The conservative-biased media only helps prolong this obscene 'war' by mimicking the Bush administration's insistence on its relevance.
The Carlyle Group and Halliburton are two of the federal government's largest (and newest) contractors, BOTH of whom have direct ties to the Bush-Cheney White House.
The U.S. is building the largest embassy in the world on a 104-acre site in downtown Baghdad overlooking the 'new' puppet government installed by the Bush administration.
The number-one, non-military 'benchmark' Bush insists the Iraqi Parliament must pass is a law that surrenders two-thirds of Iraq's oil fields to private foreign oil corporations.**
Hallbiurton is building fourteen (yes -14!) new permanent U.S. military bases in Iraq.
American contractors intend to be 'in' Iraq for decades - if not generations - where they will amass billions in profits (thanks to the gullibility of American taxpayers). There is no honor in this gutless 'war'.
Guns don't kill people - only cowards kill people. -RKO- 09/22/07

I guess because they have a collective IQ of over 36 and have actually investigated the question. But when you champion "the brave American" contractors I assume you are auditioning to be adopted by Cheney as a pet. Be sure to remember to keep your mouth shut when you fetch the slippers cause you will drop them.

From YOUR link:
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Raleigh, N.C., is handling the investigation with help from Pentagon and State Department auditors, who have concluded there is enough evidence to file charges, the officials told The Associated Press. Blackwater is based in Moyock, N.C.

Pentagon and State Department auditors = The Liberal Media?????????

Somebody is overdosing on something.

Why would you think the media is liberal? The American media is a collection of Huge American Corporations. What do you have to be on to think that Huge American Corporations lean to the left?

Oxycontin, i suppose..

I'm not sure you're a Bushie, you seem more like someone who doesn't like Bush pretending to be a Bushie to get this issue out there.

This issue does't register in Bushie brains. Mention it and to them and your voice becomes like the adult voices in the animated Peanuts cartoons. They don't want to hear it and so they tune it out. This is why they can't get around how most of America doesn't like its President; they aren't aware of stuff this and so it must be because they support terrorism and hate America.

?? properly, I supply you this, you researched your question. So I definately appreciate you for dealing with the area. and that i checked for accuracy (on a number of it, now not all) too. stable technique!! I quite have a pair problems with this even however. a million. you're comparing apples and oranges. each conflict is unique. Our WWII losses ought to have doubled if we did not drop the bombs. ought to we don't overlook doing that now, as Nixon it appears that evidently did for the period of Vietnam? 2. undergo in concepts "venture carried out"? become that the top of the conflict? Technically, we aren't in a conflict suited now. perhaps this is why the dems are dissatisfied. what's the project in Iraq? First it become as quickly as WMD's. Then on an identical time as that grew to become out to be a bald-confronted lie, we shifted to "isn't it extra beneficial now that Saddam isn't in potential?". After that, it become as quickly as "we would desire to grant balance till a effective authority is formed". All that has been carried out. So, what's next? what's the project? Oh, now we would desire to attend till the Iraqi army is as much as project. BTW, evaluate how Rumsfield demanded that the Iraq army be disbanded? might it now not have been extra beneficial to maintain them in service? 3. have you ever asked the mamma and papa of #2,582 to your stat sheet approximately how they think of? you're lacking the great factor of the communicate with the aid of potential of focused on "deaths", and showing us that this is not fairly that risky. The factor is, we are caught, similar to Vietnam and Korea. whilst are the troops coming homestead? We however preserve 30,000 plus (i think, think of loose to suited me if i'm wrong) in South Korea. yet our troops in Korea at the instant are not loss of life. Iraq troops are. And, the democrats ask, WHY? It has not something to do with loss of life costs, whether why we are over there, what's the project?

God doesn't bless countries and people that perpetuate murder in His name and the name of freedom.

and our own government is investigating the fact that mercenary companies have ILLEGALLY brought in weapons to Iraq and are now in the hands of those people killing our soldiers!!!!!!

if you are tired of hearing the truth about what is happening in Iraq perhaps you need to stop reading!!!!!!!

God forgive you for your ignorance!!!!
