I have so many ideas but particularly want to write about the experience of care and help others overcome what will be a huge emotional hurdle in adulthood. I have a long list of valuable experiences that I would like to write about along similar lines but don't know where to start, book type etc
All I have is a title "close encounters with an emotional mind" which to me encompasses the unnatural experience of feeling suicidal?
Any suggestions please

Do you know what Miami Vice TV episode had thieves steal a gun that could take away electricity/power from cars? It was the opening scene @ the beginning of the episode (maybe somewhere in the 1987 - 1989 time frame) - some scientists were testing the equipment or laser gun of some sort and thieves stole it, got in a van and drove away. The police car started to chase them, and the thieves used the gun on the cops and the gun would take away all the electricity and power from the car. I've read descriptions and can't seem to find this ep. anywhere - if you've seen it or have a clue, please lemme know - any help @ all would be appreciated.

I'm taking an esthetics class at Georgia Career Institute. We do treatments on clients that come here. I help them find better ways to treat their skin. I heard that the pH balance of Dove soap is awful. Clients usually ask if it's ok to use Dove on their skin, because they have heard that it causes problems with kidneys and also causes blood clots. I didnt know what to suggest for them...???

My papa is 99 yrs old, grandma is 90 yrs old. The only visitor they have most days is home health nurse. They both say she went to get $5 out of papa's wallet to reimburse her for some razors she picked up. She says she laid it back on the table. They weren't paying much attention to her but after she was gone-about 15 min-they noticed the wallet was gone. We have looked EVERYWHERE-the wallet IS gone. We filed a police report but home health agency won't do anything. Don't they have insurance for things like this? $900 is a HUGE amount to them-plus they won't trust any other nurse now. What are our options?

My boyfriend is a very defensive person and tends to feel like I am criticizing him when I am not. I realized that it is probably a defense mechanism because he is insecure about himself. He has a deformity on his body that no one knows about and I know he is ashamed of. I think it has affected his sense of self-worth and esteem internally. I would like to help build his self-esteem so that he feels he is a good, valuable person even if he has the deformity. What is the best way to go about doing this?

He is also going to get a surgery in the next few weeks to correct the deformity, though it won't correct it 100%. I am not sure how to handle the emotional/mental changes that will occur in him and our relationship after his surgery, nor do I know what to expect. Any advice for that as well?

He's 55 and has always lived with my parents. Hardly ever worked. Has ocd, and a really bad attitude. My mother died in 94 and my dad had a complete breakdown a yr later. My brother had my dad sign everything over to him, house cd's bank accounts ect. There was a will i saw in 84 that everything would be split equally. He took advantage of dads illnes and dad died in 2005. Brother was a mamas boy and she also had mental problems. He has no friends, sees things only in black and white, if you don't agree with him, your wrong. He hates everyone and is so tight with his (Dad's) money. Still wears clothes he had for over 20 yrs with holes in them. I haven't spoken to him in a yr and don't want to. he's afraid of germs and washes clothes in pinesol. Just thinking of him makes me sick. So what do you think of big brother? The song, Mother by Pink Floyd comes to mind for me.
